Stewart obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in American Studies from Albright College in Reading, Pennsylvania, followed by a Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law. Stewart served a judicial clerkship for the Honorable Edward D. Higinbothom in the Circuit Court for Harford County prior to becoming a practicing attorney. Stewart is a member of the American Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association and the Harford County Bar Association. He concentrates his practice in the areas of business formations and business transactions; residential and commercial real estate transactions, development and land use; estate planning, including the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney and advance directives for health care; asset protection planning; and trust and estate administration.
LISA KUNITZ GETZ

Lisa obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from St. Lawrence University in upstate New York followed by a Masters in Social Work from the University of Maryland School of Social Work. She then obtained her Law Degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, and several years ago attended the University of Baltimore School of Law where she obtained a LLM inTax Law and a Certificate in Estate Planning. Lisa is a member of the American Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association and the Harford County Bar Association. Lisa concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, including the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney and advance directives for health care; asset protection planning; trust and estate administration. She also practices in the areas of business formation and business succession planning primarily as it relates to estate planning.
GRETCHEN A.MINK
PARALEGAL
Gretchen obtained her Associate of Applied Science Degree in Paralegal Studies at Harford Community College in Bel Air, Maryland. Gretchen has worked with the firm for 34 years where she has assisted counsel in all practice areas concentrating mainly in residential and commercial real estate subdivisions, financial transactions and settlements, business formations and business transactions. Gretchen is also the Office Manager as well as Member Manager of Getz Title Group, LLC.
